The room was quite small. It didn't match the pictures online. The bathroom was also very small. It barely fit one person.

The location was unbeatable. I could easily walk to major attractions. roscioli, with its hotel guest seating, provided easy pizza access. the staff were genuinely friendly, and the breakfast included decent coffee. I liked that. the hotel arranged transport to the airport, a very convenient service.
the room lacked sound insulation, so i heard noises from adjacent rooms.

The front desk staff called taxis promptly and answered all questions helpfully. they provided a detailed map at check-in, pointing out key areas for sightseeing. this assistance greatly aided my exploration. It was really helpful.

The hotel provided robes and slippers. good sized umbrellas were also available use. the rooftop bar looked to be a nice addition to the facilities.

the hotel arranged transportation from the airport for me. breakfast was included, and the cappuccino was amazing. all staff members were very friendly and super helpful.
the room i stayed in felt quite small. it faced a narrow street. there was a lot of noise from people outside at night!

the location was quite good, close enough to main attractions..
the noise isolation was poor. i could clearly hear conversations and other noises from adjacent rooms, particularly early in the morning as the cleaning staff started their work. also, one morning there was no water available, and the pipes made significant noise when it returned. this disrupted my sleep.

mixed feelings about this hotel.
street noiseineffective air conditioning
My room was not ideal. It felt quite cramped. the noise from the street at night was pretty disruptive. it was hard to get a good night's sleep because of people talking loudly and cars driving by. also, the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. It was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room.
